Kayo- Many Birders may not know this but if they go to their local Canada
Post office and purchase a "Duck Stamp" these monies go directly to Marsh
habitat.
Best investment for only $20 bucks and you get a collector's stamp which we
have seen increases in value.
Win win!

Hi Kayo,
Was there not a study done years ago by the Sierra club international which
suggests if Birders, Environmentalists, Hunters and Anglers joined forces
that this make up 60 % of the voting population?

Birders,
At around 8pm last night Tina Froese and I had a breeding plumage Cattle
Egret at the Egret roost along county road 20 about 1km east of Ducks on
the Roof restaurant.
The land these birds roost on is private hunt club property and all views
were done from along the road way.
Good luck,
Hi Ron,
My daughter and I are thinking about camping / birding Algonquin. When is
the best time for various northern birds. Also is there fishing in the park?
Thanks

Birders,
After viewing the Townsends Warbler I found breeding plumage male Eurasian
Wigeon on the Rondeau Bay side of Erieau. The bird was mixed in with
Redheads and American Wigeons which made sighting it difficult.
Erieau is along the South shore.of Rondeau Bay.
