I am currently studying a bird that appears to be a Western Kingbird
It is sitting on some wires at the intersection of Cove roan and lakeshore
road which is west it Port Royal

There is currently a Wilson’s Phalarope along with a Buff-breasted Sandpiper at
the MitchellWildlife area. The shore birding is very good with several other
species.
Directions. From Stratford, take hyw8 north to Mitchell. Turn left on
Wellington Street and the wetland is at the end of the str
There currently is a Red-necked Phalarope at the Mitchel wetlands.
There is a good variety of shorebirds and the water levels are excellent

The BTGW is still being seen this AM at Lasalle Park.
Water down exit off the 403, south to the marina. The bird is working along the
trail and is currently near the feeder.

The Cattle Egret that was first seen on Nov 1st is still present. It is on the
1st concesssion just east of Hyw 59. There is a dip in the road with a stream
crossing the road. The bird is on the north side of the road in a pasture
field.

We have been at the location for the kite since 7:10 AM without any luck. There
have been other people checking the area and have the same results.

There is currently an immature Little Blue Heron at Wildwood Lake. Norm Holden
found the bird yesterday and called me last evening.
Directions: From hyw. 401 turn north on Oxford County Rd. # 6 towards
Stratford. About halfway between Embro and Stratford, turn West onto Oxford Rd
28. You will
There is a Black-headed Gull currently on the rocks just above the entrance to
whirlpool.

The east end of Wildwood Lake is nearly water free. The mud flats are now
filling with shorebirds. This morning I had
1 Wilson’s Phalarope, 2 Solitary Sandpipers, 2 Greater Yellowlegs, 45 Lesser
Yellowlegs, 5 Pectoral Sandpipers, 2 Spotted Sandpipers, 3 Semipalmated
Sandpipers, 18 Least Sandp
This afternoon at 4:20, My wife Sharron and I found a Scissor-tailed Flycatcher
on the Bruce Peninsula. We saw it at the south end of the East road where it
meets 40 Hills Road. It was across the road from a red brick farm house, (911)
#81. It was first seen in a field with some grazing Biso
