About 30 minutes ago, I scoped a juvenile black legged kittiwake looking southwest from the whimbrel watch point at CSSP in Etobicoke. The black "M" type pattern was clearly apparent.
The bird was flying southwest in the direction of the old Lakeview generating station in Mississauga where there appeared to be some gull activity, albeit a fair ways offshore. Birders with scopes may want to check out either Marie Curtis Park or Lakefront Promenade Park, each of which are southwest of CSSP. Both of those parks lie south of Lakeshore Blvd between Cawthra and Dixie roads.
