I spent a good part of the day at Rondeau PP and did not refind the
Eurasian Collared-Dove that was found by Jim & Keith Burk yesterday.
A consultation prize was finding an immature Connecticut Warbler about 75
meters south of the first (only?) bench you pass on the South Point Trail.

The Eurasian Collared-Dove that Jim and Keith Burk found in Rondeau Park
earlier was still present when I left about 20 minutes ago. It had just flown
out of sight but from what I hear it has done that a few times already today,
always returning to approximately the same spot.

My dad and I found one this morning at the south end of lakeshore. I was trying
to convince myself that it wasn't because of horrible lighting but later saw it
well from underneath showing grey undertail coverts and dark primaries.
