Greetings birders

Just heard the distinctive call of the Killdeer in Tommy Thompson Park, about 
200m past the gates, across from the marina. I couldn't locate it by eye, but I 
think it was along the shore on the other side of some snow drifts. Perhaps if 
you're there today you'll be lucky to hear and see it. Maybe spring is on the 
way..
