At 9:40 I spotted an alternate plumaged adult Pacific Loon with a big merganser 
feeding frenzy off the east side of the tip. The flock isn't too far from shore 
and working its way north.

An Eared Grebe flew by with a Horned Grebe earlier in the morning, and Ken just 
picked out another Eared Grebe in with the feeding frenzy.
