Alvan Buckley and I located an early Swainson's Thrush on Hasting's Drive about 
60 minutes ago.

The bird was across from house marker 299 and was quite active despite the 
sub-freezing temperatures. 

Before dropping Alvan off, I had a quick walk through Old Cut. All the typical 
early-mid April species were present in decent numbers.
