Seen from the lighthouse directly southwest at a great distance diving frequently. There were also a few Horned Grebes as well. A scope is mandatory.
We were at the western most point of humber bay west park at > the vehicle turn around, just beyond the small > > parking area near the end of that road. Humber Bay west is west of Parklawn > road.
