The Great Egret was seen feeding again this morning near the mudflats in the
west most part of Andrew Haydon Park. A Great Blue Heron feeding in the same
spot.
Also seen this morning were Kildeer, 2 Spotted Sandpiper and a flock of 16
Least Sandpipers. Happy birding.

Hello all,
Yesterday (July 12) I was out on one of my days off to look for Dickcissels
in the lower Bruce, a place where they had been seen on
previous occasions when the species undergoes periodic excursions into the
eastern limits of it's range to breed.

within Whitefish bay/North Channel area of lake Huron northwest of Little
Current.
