19 keen and tired travelers made it to the far corner of the province. 17 even
joined me out for the long walk past the big tree in Fred's marsh looking for
Yellow Rails after dark. But unfortunately after much searching we all had to
agree the rails were not there.
After a dry spring, the
I visited the lagoon this morning, June 11th, at 6am and the American Avocet
was still present feeding in the eastern sprinkler cell just north of the
building.

for a favoured perch along a row of pine trees on the west side of Sideroad
