[Ontbirds] White eyed vireo at Darlington Nuclear Trail

This afternoon at approximately 2:05 I found a White-eyed vireo on the east side of the Darlington Nuclear Trail. The bird stayed low (10-15ft) for a full 3-4 minutes while it fed on midges, which allowed me to enjoy some crippling looks. I could clearly see its yellow spectacles and flanks and
