Hi Ontbirders, I saw a Snowy Owl in Arnprior (about 75 km west of Ottawa) last night ~ 11:30. It perched on a light standard and later on a hydro pole along Highway 17 in Arnprior's commercial district. One photo of the owl has been submitted to the OFO rare birds photo page.
