The bird is being viewed now sleeping on a green buoy on the American side.

For those contemplating making the drive, the Brown Pelican had been seen
regularly throughout the day. I just finished watching it with Blayne and Jean

A Brown Pelican was observed in Canadian waters this morning at 9:26.
It rest on bouys on the U.S. Side but when a boat went by and flushed it
the bird flew into Canadian waters. Observed from the Niagara Parkway close
