Hi,
This is an update for those considering traveling to Ottawa this weekend.
The Razorbill was last seen just before 5:00 PM on Wednesday, November 1st,
drifting/flying eastward. I spent some time scanning the Ottawa River this
afternoon, from Bate Island to the east to Andrew Park to the west.
Hi Ontbirders
The Razorbill was still present off Deschenes Lookout this morning at 8:00am
feeding approximately in the middle of the river. Also present 2 Red-throated
Loon, 1 Common Loon, 1 Horned Grebe, 1 Red-necked Grebe and lots of Common
Goldeneye.
Good birding, Bruce
