Hi all, I currently have a Red-necked Phalarope swimming at the Harrow Sewage Lagoons in the middle cell of 3 east-west cells.
To get to the lagoons: from the main set of lights in Harrow, drive north and turn left onto the 3rd Concession. Drive a short way and the lagoons will be on your left.
