Spotted gliding over farmer field when I was driving towards Kanata after taking picture of NHO at Grandview. Initially I wans't sure what king of hawk is that but luckyly I took picture, not a good quality because subject was very shy. Picture helped to identify subject like Rough-Legged Hawk.
