If libiconv is required, then I think ./lib/libbt.pc.in should be modified
on the Libs: line to add a -liconv link.
This was noticed under NetBSD and FreeBSD (both using pkgsrc) to build
bbkeys. Once I manually added the -liconv to the installed
pkgconfig/libbt.pc Libs: all was well.
