It happened again when updating QS. This surely is a bug?
Steps to make it work again this time:
Quit QS.
Revert to Swedish in the Terminal: defaults write com.blacktree.Quicksilver
AppleLanguages -array Swedish
Clear QS caches.
Restart QS.
Quit QS.
Re-revert to English in the Terminal: defaults
in this case why version 4014 is notified to Snow Leopard users?
