I deleted FFx and the QS plug, keeping the FFx Profile folder, jic.
Reinstalled FFx then the QS plug.
All bookmarks are found.

Dunno about Safari, I haven't intentionally set-up iCloud in any way.
Firefox was syncing and I am signed in, but no bookmarks are found by QS,
even after refresh, quit and restart.
This isn't just a question of QS looking in the right place?
