I'm running the latest version of Quicksilver in the first El Capitan beta.
Quicksilver no longer has the run or open actions available for
applications. For example, I go to launch Safari and the default action is
Show Contents Menu. I'm inserting an image of the options that
Quicksilver
There is already an issue on this. See

10.11 is a developer preview, and so I assume is designed for developers
and not production use. If you're a developer and can help us get to the
root of the problem and help fix it that would be great.
