 Fixes:

 - Drop preferences-desktop-default-applications icon name

   It has been superseded by org.xfce.settings.default-applications.

 - Also allocate terminating element

   On FreeBSD crashes have been experienced. Allocating only one element
   does not provide the final null one to end the list and causes access
   to unallocated memory.

 - display: Fix scale by rounding (Fixes #258)

 - translation updates
