 It is not gtk3 causing the lack of a button on the scrollbar - same
 results with 3.20.6.  I'll put a note in.

Comment:

 On older systems since June 2015 it is working well. The versions of gtk3
 were 3.16.4, 3.18.7, 3.20.6. This makes me wonder if something in
 gtk+-3.20.9 causes the problem with the sliders.

 I'll build an older gtk3 and try again.

 ·  Narrate, which reads the content of a page out loud

 Improved video performance for users on systems that support SSSE3 without

 Added context menu controls to HTML5 audio and video that let users loops

 Improvements in about:memory reports for tracking font memory usage.
