broken link(s) in BLFS 6.0

Chapter 22, Section OpenSSH-3.9p1 Both download links are broken. I've had a quick browse of ftp://ftp.openbsd.org directories, but couldn't find the openssh files. I had a quick glance at http://www.openssh.com and found the files I needed via a mirror site. I don't really understand why
