I vote for removing the TOC link, is more easy and IMHO has nosense to create 
a List of Tables when there is only one table.

This is an artifact of the default xsl scripts.

 The only link in this section is broken.

And the scripts generate the link incorrectly.  It should have a a
/postlfs/ directory in it.  I suspect that either fixing the link or
removing it requires some changes to the xsl.
