I should probably just go through this entire process and write down the
notes in one email but I'm not sure how much time I can spend on this so
I'll just email as I go.
I'm not installing Xorg in /usr but instead elsewhere. Installing
'imake' fails because $PKG_CONFIG_PATH has to be updated to include
myprefix/lib/pkgconfig
Not a big deal but maybe a note can be added to the book to remind
people of this so scripts don't fail the first time around.
