I was trying to build the latest version of librsvg, but it said I
needed to update to at least rustc 1.26.
So I tried to build the latest rust. I got an error when downloading
that indicated to me I was out of space (not obvious though). That was
curious because I had over 20G free on the build partition.
Then I noticed that /tmp had very little free space. I cleaned that up
and now rust appears to be building OK.
Evidently rust downloads to /tmp no matter where we are building.
Just a heads up.
