 Hello,

I have created the directory that was mentioned as the installation

needs to be done for that sdk?

I guess the configure and install instructions are not correct for this.

And I guess you have a bad download of that tarball. My logs show
that four headers, together with the .pc file, were installed. Does
your download's md5sum match what is in the book ?

Hello Ken,

I did download from the link provided by the BLFS book and it seems that
they may well have multiple download locations for it in a round robin.
When I downloaded it before emailing the list, there was no configure etc
in it.

I just downloaded again and this time the tarball did have it as listed by
the book.

I was just puzzled as to why there was no way to actually follow the book
to install it.

I did an svn checkout before reading your reply and even though that did
not have the normal configure and make file in it, just the 4 headers, by
copying them into the /usr/include/npapi-sdk/ directory I was able to get
gnash to correctly compile and install the plugin.

I have now done a proper install of the sdk so that if I go and re-compile
gnash again, it will have everything that it needs, though the only
additions the compile does seems to be to create the pkgconfig .pc files.

Regards,

Christopher.
