Hi Donnie,
Go to the control panel, and then display, and then the settings tab.
Screen resolution should be 1024 by 768, and color should be set to highest
32-bit.
These settings should give you the best results with Jaws.

We tried as you suggested but, we had no success. It was surely worth the
try, & we thank you for your suggestion. I went ahead & pulled 1 of the 2GB
memory sticks out, leaving me with 2 GB of RAM, & Sound Recorder is now
