Karen's Replicator is suitable for backing up files and settings, not an
entire hard drive. To back up an entire hard drive, including the OS and
all programs so that you can restore it in the event of a catastrophic
failure, you need a disk imaging program like Image for Windows or Paragon
Here's a dumb one, but how does one go about reading a status line for
instance in Outlook Express, to see how manyy messages are in a folder?

Hi list. I want to start using Karen's replicator to perform backups of my XP
system onto an external hard drive. I have listened to David's tutorials on how
