Dan, had this problem this week myself. You may very well have a corrupt dbx file, or several. You may want to delete the outbox.dbx, sent items dot dbx. and deleted.dbx files. To do this, go to start, and then search for files and folders. Type in, dot dbx. Then, tab to more advanced

Dan, I wouldn't think that one e-mail would be the cause of all your problems. If you remove dbx files, you will lose all of the messages in the folder associated with that dbx file. If you delete inbox.dbx, you'll lose all those message. So if you have important ones, move them to another
