Hello everyone; I just have a question regarding the opticbook 3800 scanner. Ddoes anyone use this scanner, and, if so, are they're particular settings that need to be followed in order for Kurzweil to function properly? I did install the scanner on a client's computer, However, When I go into

Hello there; Actually the scanner is on, and the software is loaded into the system tray. Well, I did contact Kurzweil regarding the problem, However, they really didn't know the answer, They were aware this problem did exist with one of they're clients, But, they couldn't remember the work
