it's been some time since you sent me these steps, and when I tried them today, just to see if it would work as you listed, I found that it didn't. I have win 7, and I doubt if the version of jaws should effect operation, but I use jaws 8. after I open "my computer" there is only 1 drive listed

I had a client just yesterday that had trouble sending a message from the draft folder. What we finally did was to move it to the inbox and then forwarding it to the intended recipient. The normal send commands just wouldn't work in the draft folder. Encouragement For the Journey Featuring
