if u like to check it on win xp,
just runn the command line above
in the runn box in the start menue
if it works u can do the rest if u like the descktop short cut & the hot key,

Don't know if it was posted before but i find it useful for who had
trubble to bring the window of the safely remove dialog and also u can
acign a hot key as any descktop shortcut for it,
