[Blind-Computing] Word 2007 Document reduced to 10%

Good Afternoon, I have a Word 2007 document that I had previously saved and that somehow got changed somewhere along the way from75% to 10% and also from print to web layout. This is on a 64 bit Windows 7 Home Premium machine and Jaws 13 and WE 7.5.3. Any help getting it back to normal
