There is a web service and iPhone / Android Apps called mint (mint.com), that can automatically collect and analyze all of your bank accounts. I think it is now owned by InTuit and is the same people who control all of the bank to bank transfers anyway. It is highly recommended by the technical press, especially Leeo LePorte. I do not use this service or know how accessible it is. I simply log into my bank and download an export file and balance my accounts at least once a month in Excel.
