I wonder if you are actually using another firewall that you may be unaware
of. I say that because even smart computing magazine states that the windows
firewall doesn't block out going traffic. Never the less if what you have is
working for you then I say good deal on it.

When tried it 2 years ago, it didn't work at all with jaws. you had to use
the jaws curser a lot just to read your messages. You can try it though to
see if it has gotten any better though.
