If the program still doesn't remove it, that's when you should default to sighted assistance, as you will have to reboot

I hope somebody else can give you some better news but remedies to get rid of Trojans often rely on deleting files in Windows Safe Mode. That is a version of windows where minimal features are loaded. There is no way that I am aware of that you can use a screen reader in safe Mode as I believe
