As someone else has suggested, Super Anti-Spyware is the best way to
remove
the Trojan without sighted assistance.
If the program still doesn't remove it, that's when you should default to
sighted assistance, as you will have to reboot
I hope somebody else can give you some better news but remedies to get rid
of Trojans often rely on deleting files in Windows Safe Mode. That is a
version of windows where minimal features are loaded. There is no way that I
am aware of that you can use a screen reader in safe Mode as I believe
