I've read through the guide and I've followed the instructions that the
guide has in there about getting past the puzzle. However, when I follow

Well we've heard nothing from the admins nothing on this list from dark who's
part of the admin team so yes I do think actually that it's pretty bad show.

Some people use hosting plans with backup, but yeah if something goes
down you should be able to access it immediately.
The site is back up, but now we can't use it because we are waiting for
a backup.
I do think eventually we will just have to use it.
