Yes. This is what I did, but no result. I copied the dict dat file first in
the game folder and no result, and then deleted it from there and copied in
to the data subfolder of the game, but still when I run the game it is in
Japanese.

Put the dict data file in the right place and just run the game.
the file should extract and update itself.
