For me it hhappened automatically after radar found where it was almost at.

That works in the game outside trasher hunter, but no radar indications
to see if I am closer or further. I've wasted many coins on the machine.
I think I'll just skip that treasure.

Also remember to use wasd when moving radar about.
That was my mistake when I played and I used the arrows.
