Re: [blind-gamers] Thinking of Trying Alter Aeon Again but Have one Question

2019-12-27 Thread Oriol Gómez
Hi
The idea is to train skills whenever you don't need stats. If you use
a caster class, you should train your casting stats high but train the
spells you need too. You shouldn't train every possible spell, learn
only what you need, like offensive spells and whatnot. Use your other
practices for stats, but only relevant stats. as a caster, you don't
want to train strength to 20 before you train intelligence for
instance.

Re: [blind-gamers] Blind people can't beat Samurai Shodown 2019 story mode

2019-12-27 Thread michael barnes
First of all Shane I am the one that wrote that post on audiogames.net.
This is the first time that I have actually done this here on the list
and on audiogames.net forum.
I have asked about the part of the game that I am stuck on. I am sorry
that I am not perfect like all these perfect blind people. I could care
less what you and the other blind people think of me.
I am just stating facts about the blind community. I am not the only
one that have notice this.

However I am the one that is bold enough to say something about it.
I am done with this topic.

Re: [blind-gamers] Blind people can't beat Samurai Shodown 2019 story mode

2019-12-27 Thread Christy S
Clement is very right here. I haven't played the game in question, but I
know when people have asked for help on manamon, I haven't always
answered because I may not know or remember the answer to the question
they are asking. Similarly, I've asked questions about the same game and
gotten no answers. That doesn't mean people can't beat it, that anyone
is a liar, or even that people are being jerks. There could be many
reasons, and maintaining civility is important if you want people to
consider helping you out. So, perhaps try explaining where your trouble
is, and someone may be able to help you get past it.

Morning everyone!

It's Gary here.

Sorry if this question has been asked a million times on here.

Do Jim Kitchen's games work on Windows10?

Asking because thinking of installing them on my desktop.

See when I tried them under Windows8 they would launch briefly, but after a
short period display a very strange error message.

If anyone has got them to work, feel free to Email me off-list.

gazwpr...@gmail.com

See with Windows7 ending extended support next year I am trying to avoid
a virtual machine unless I really have to use one.

Thanks!

[blind-gamers] Blind people can't beat Samurai Shodown 2019 story mode

2019-12-27 Thread michael barnes
No blind person better say that not say that they have beaten the story
mode of Samurai Shodown 2019. Because I will call them a lier.
I have asked on here and even on audiogames.net form for help with how
to play. However just like blind people do.

No one is willing to help even if they have play this game.
I know that I seem piss off because I can't beat the final boss on
level 1. Will that is because I can't get any help from the blind
people to help a fellow blind person play a video game.

2019-12-27 Thread Tyler Zahnke
They do for me, but that's because my processor can handle 32-bit apps
as well as the 64-bit apps; Jim's games are of course 32-bit. I know
on one computer I had they didn't work, but then I ran the Winkit, it
installed cirtain ActiveX stuff so they worked. The kit comes with the
complete game set.
