I don’t know about lowering the music from within the app, but you might be able to accomplish do it with the audio-ducking setting in VoiceOver. You can make it one of your rotors to toggle on and off, and/or I think there’s a setting for it under VoiceOver’s audio settings. HTH, Tarren Tarren

Hi Maureen, At least on iPad, the NYT games app is very accessible, and Wordle plays perfectly there. Not entirely sure about PC--I know at one point someone had made an applet or something to make it accessible on PC back when it wasn't accessible at all, but not sure how things have changed
