excellent advice Lenny about the fire hazards of stain or oil soaked
rags. former Congressman John Sweeney who used to represent upstate New
York had extensive fire damage to his law office. folks had totally
oiled all the wood work thru the building and left all rags in the
corner until Monday. so the fire investigators said the point of
origin of the fire was sun shining thru some old style glass windows.
