Also, you don't have to order the rollers from the manufacture, OSH and most
hardware stores carry the rollers. The last time I bought some new rollers,
they were better than the ones that came with the door, they were steal
rollers.

If this is the case you may have a bent track at the top. If the rollers at
the top are bad you may need to lift up on the door to pull the bottom out
of the track and when you lift up on the door the rollers should clear
