Lee, This could be achieved with one big fishing net if one new where he
could get one. Then all you'd need is one big inter tube in the middle to
hold the net up high, and put the pool cover on.

They sell special blow up supports for the pool. The cover gets heavy with all
of the snow, but they make big inflatable pillows to float under the cover.
You don't fully inflate them so that when the water freezes it won't pop the
pillows. I think they'd be cheaper than all the rope
]
