Seems to rest on the Asterisk server
FreePBX clobbers the cipher setting AND tlscipher=DES-CBC3-SHA doesn’t seem to
be supported for this anymore.
Any FreePBX experts out there know how to fix their source templates or
override it?

problem of the software but of the server side that provides the service.
