Google is continuously changing their contacts API without any heads up or
documentation to 3rd party developers using it. It was a permanent battle for
many years, and unfortunatly they won.

When I try to install, I get "Windows SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized
app from starting".
I suggest you digitally sign your exe to prevent this.
Also, users might have more confidence if your download site was https
rather than http, and if you provided a hash value.
