Are they connecting via pop or imap?
We never could get the iPhones to delete messages on schedule when using
pop3 (delete messages after x days). Our only fix was to move to IMAP.

The weird thing is that they delete but then re-appear!

I would recommend using IMAP rather than z-push/Exchange. We
have never had any lasting success with z-push, and since we are only
syncing mailboxes it is quite unnecessary - IMAP works much better with
pretty much all flavours of smart and not-so smart phones.

for from RapidSSL/Trustico by recreating a CSR through the GUI and
submitting it to registrar. Upon receiving the certs I created 2 files,
customer.crt and rapid-immediate.crt from the email and tried to upload
