but lets look at this logically...

Hi Eiji,
I tested it at normal CentOS 5.9 today.
Do yourself a favor and use CentOS 6.5 or Scientific Linux 6.5. The
Tarball installer for that works.
The CentOS 5 Tarball installer doesn't work at the moment, as the YUM
install there will run into dependency issues.
This will eventually get

pertain to this? I'd love to apply whatever patches I can while we work

Did these updates go through? I even did a manual yum update, and I haven't

I just tracked the issue down and fixed it. Updated base-alpine, base-

Hi Eric,
Here's a nagios plugin for checking cced for those that run nagios:
#!/usr/bin/perl -w -I/usr/sausalito/perl

use lib qw( /usr/sausalito/perl );
use CCE;
my $cce = new CCE;

Let me ask which file I can edit to change encording of
autoresponder messages?
I use BlueOnyx-5108R-CentOS-6.4-20130813 and it has the
problem upon auto responder messages with 2-byte characters
like Japanese.

Michael,
You are right that the script will hang if cced is down but nagios has
the logic to time out a plugin that hangs. The default for
service_check_timeout is 60 seconds which seems reasonable for this
situation. In timeout, a CRITICAL error is flagged.
Your method seems a good one
