Thank you. It was a space issue, but not for that user, it was the Vsite
that was close to the limit, and this particular email apparently was large
enough that it wouldn't fit, and all my other test emails fit. So I ended
up increasing the Vsite space, and then it's all good again. Thanks

That's the strange thing, the user has plenty of space, and it's only
happening when receiving email from a particular email address. I have
done tons of test emails to this user, and they all go through. The only
one that doesn't go through is from this particular domain. Very strange
if its just one user have you checked their quota?

The User (or the Vsite he belongs to) are over their allocated disk quota.
